Sites Relating to Fathers and Divorce
Dean Hughson has extensive links for parents facing the issues of divorce and much more.
"So you find yourself contemplating or are going through a divorce? From May 2,1995 to now over 20,000 people accessed this page so you aren't alone. This page is designed to help people, like myself, who have found themselves facing divorce. For me that was against my will, but for some who read this page it may be at your choice. I've designed this page to try and help reduce the suffering and organize the help that is available by the Internet for a wide range of things."
My drive to create this site comes from the experiences that I have had due to my own divorce. If you have children and are divorced, or maybe you're thinking of divorce, then the information found on these pages could be helpful to you. It could be that you are a person whose parents are divorced and you want to understand some of the inner workings of the whole situation. There are countless scenarios as to how you got here, but since you're here why not look around.
Shared parenting is the concept that, following divorce or separation, mothers and fathers should retain a strong positive parenting role in their children's lives, with the children actually spending substantial amounts of time living with each parent.
Our mission:
To promote responsible shared parenting after separation
and divorce. To make available information, research and
resources to all concerned.
